In the past, several firefighters have died in disaster relief operations. Although were fully equipped, scene of was smoky and disorienting, making unable to identify their location. The commander wanted direct outside but could not confirm correct location firefighters, causing delays rescue. GPS cannot support indoor positioning or preset facilities at moment fire extinguishing. However, geomagnetism is everywhere, it can be used one’s Unfortunately, due uncertainty magnetic field strength, affected by building environment, existing methods difficulty obtaining a To solve this problem, we propose new incremental localization scheme based on difference geomagnetic intensity. proposed method achieves 2D environments successfully. novelty our system that perform without adding any facilities, accuracy reach 0.8~1.5 m.
